Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kacha Maton candle catalog and ordering service. Please review these terms, our Refund & Return Policy, and our Privacy Policy before submitting an order request. By submitting an order request, you agree to these terms.
1. Order requests and Messenger confirmation
Submitting the checkout form saves your order request and opens Facebook Messenger. An order number or automated message acknowledges receipt of your request; availability, custom details, payment, and pickup or delivery arrangements are confirmed separately with Kacha Maton through Messenger.
This website does not collect payment card details or process payments. Leaving the website or not completing the Messenger conversation does not automatically cancel a saved request. Please contact us if you need to change or cancel it.
Provide accurate order and contact information and only information you are authorized to share. Review quantities, sizes, custom requests, discounts, and shipping before submitting. Contact us promptly about mistakes; changes depend on the order's progress and will be discussed with you.
2. Products, availability, and pricing
Catalog prices are shown in US dollars. Prices, products, and availability may change for future orders. Screen settings and photography may affect how colors appear. Product descriptions and the details confirmed for your order describe what you are purchasing.
Items marked with a price to be determined require a confirmed price before payment. A zero or incomplete displayed total for an unpriced item does not mean the item is free. Any additional charges must be disclosed and agreed before payment.
If a product is unavailable or an order contains a pricing or description error, we will contact you to resolve it before fulfillment. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order you have paid for, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
3. Shipping, pickup, and timing
When enabled, the USPS calculator provides a postage estimate for the selected service, destination ZIP code, and packed order. Review the selected service and shipping amount before submitting. A shipping quote does not purchase a label or guarantee a delivery date. The full address and delivery or pickup arrangements are confirmed through Messenger.
When the calculator is disabled, shipping or pickup arrangements and any shipping charges are agreed separately before payment. We will communicate expected fulfillment timing and notify you of delays. Where required by applicable law, you may choose to accept a shipping delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. A restocking notice does not waive those rights.
4. Scratch-off prizes and promotions
Promotions are subject to the terms displayed for the offer, including eligible items, minimum spend, expiration, and any buy-one-get-one requirements. A scratch-off does not guarantee a prize. Only one scratch-off prize may be applied to an order, and the system verifies eligibility and calculates the discount.
A selected prize is redeemed when your order request is saved, even if you do not finish the Messenger conversation. Cancelling or deleting a request does not automatically restore a redeemed prize. You may choose not to use an available prize at checkout. Issued prizes retain their stated terms; later promotion changes apply to new prizes.
5. Returns and refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy applies to returns. You must accept it before submitting an order. Only unused, unburned items are eligible for return under that policy. Used, partially used, half-used, or burned items are not accepted for return or refund under the voluntary return policy. A full refund is issued after Kacha Maton receives the eligible returned items.
Contact us for return instructions and with any concern about an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. These terms and our return policy do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Candle and wax-melt safety
Follow the product's safety labels and care instructions. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep flames away from flammable materials, children, and pets, and extinguish candles before leaving the room. Use a stable, heat-resistant surface and appropriate equipment for wax melts. Do not use a damaged candle container or handle hot wax or containers until they have cooled.
7. Responsible use and site content
Use the site lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent requests, try to bypass promotion or security controls, interfere with the service, or access another person's orders or private information. We may restrict misuse while honoring obligations relating to existing orders.
Kacha Maton branding, original photographs, and site content belong to Kacha Maton or their respective owners. You may browse, place orders, and keep copies of your own order records. Other use of protected content requires the rights holder's permission unless permitted by law.
8. Privacy, outside services, and availability
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle order details, Messenger information, shipping estimates, promotions, and visitor analytics. Facebook Messenger and other outside services have their own terms and privacy practices.
The site or outside services may occasionally be unavailable. Contact Kacha Maton through Messenger if an order request or confirmation fails. A technical interruption does not remove your rights or our obligations concerning an existing order.
9. Changes to these terms
Kacha Maton reserves the right to change, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time, subject to applicable law. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date and take effect when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Please review the current terms before submitting a new order request.
The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order. Later changes will not reduce rights applicable to an existing order. Updates to our Privacy Policy remain subject to any legally required notice and consent. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
