Refund & Return Policy

To receive a refund, you must return the items to Kacha Maton. Only unused, unburned items are eligible for return.

Items that cannot be returned

Used, partially used, half-used, or burned items are not accepted for return or refund. Once an item has been used, it cannot be returned.

Once we receive your eligible unused, unburned returned items, we will issue a full refund.

Arranging a return

Please contact Kacha Maton on Messenger to arrange your return and receive return instructions. Include your order number if available.

Return the items using the instructions we provide. Your full refund will be issued after we receive the eligible unused, unburned items.

Acceptance before ordering

You must read and accept this Refund & Return Policy at checkout before submitting an order. We record the policy version you accepted and the time of acceptance with your order.

Changes to this policy

Kacha Maton reserves the right to change, update, or replace this Refund & Return Policy at any time, subject to applicable law. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated date and take effect when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Please review the current policy before each purchase.

The policy in effect when you place your order applies to that order. Later changes will not reduce the return or refund rights applicable to an existing order. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
